At Sanrio Shops, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure your items are in their original condition to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items from your order history that you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Hello Kitty and friends tags remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
